Glass + Griddle is an approachable and modern restaurant that shares space with a working brewery.
Glass + Griddle can be rented for events and has many unique private and semi-private options. The Venue, which overlooks the Fiserv Forum, has a huge video screen and garage doors that open to the east. The Rooftop @ Glass + Griddle features a full bar, and an amazing view of the city skyline. The rooftop can be rented for private events including wedding, social and corporate festivities. And lastly, the Glass + Griddle Beer Garden which expands the front of the restaurant is a casual, dog-friendly outdoor patio with beer-hall style seating and a great casual vibe.

The BEER GARDEN
• Accommodates 200 guests Theater-style, 225 guests reception-style, 150 guests sit-down
• Available upon request for ceremonies larger than 200 guests
• Seasonal beer garden picnic-style layout with lawn games
The ROOFTOP
• Accommodates 80 seated guests, 100 guests for cocktails and 180 guests theater style
• Full rental available for daytime events until 6:30pm, Half rooftop rental available for daytime and evening events
